German brand Sinn came to Baselworld with an impressive lineup of novelties, now it presented a new lot of watches with their most recent models:

6200 WG Meisterbund I

A special edition fake watch, which is one of the highlights of Sinn’s Baselworld lineup was the rose gold 6200 Meisterbund I. It was limited to only 55 pieces, commemorating the 55 years of existence of Sinn. It did not take long to become completely sold out, and Sinn is now presenting another version, still limited to 55 pieces, made from white gold, the 6200 WG Meisterbund I. Just as the first model, the  fake white gold Meisterbund is the result of collaboration of Sinn with the masters of Uhren-Werke-Dresden (UWD) and the masters of Sächsische Uhrentechnologie GmbHGlashütte (SUG). The 40 mm x 9.3 mm polished and satinised case is the creation of SUG, while the elegant guilloche dial was made by Sinn. The finely decorated nickel silver movement carries the signature of UWD and it features a spring barrel supported on one side, also referred as flying spring barrel, with a power reserve of 55-hours.

212 KSK

KSK is the abbreviation of Kommando Spezialkräfte, the German Special Forces Command of the German armed forces which was formed 20 years ago, on September 20, 1996, and to mark this special anniversary Sinn has worked together with the Gemeinschaft Deutscher Kommandosoldaten e.V. (association of German commando soldiers) in designing a the K212 Special Forces Command, a special fake edition watch, limited to 70 pieces, available exclusively for KSK members.

With the 212 KSK, Sinn is giving access to the general public to enjoy this special watch. Limited to 300 pieces, it is actually the retail version of the K212. The black dial is decorated with the KSK emblem, the commando sword surrounded by oak leaves. The chunky, 47 mm case is made from german submarine steel, water resistant to 100 bar, and under the hood we have shock resistant and anti-magnetic ETA 2893-2 with GMT 24. What makes this watch particularly interesting is the bi-directional rotating bezel featuring a 64-mil ratcheting of a German army compass. This military-style ratcheting shows east at 16 milliradians, south at 32 milliradians, west at 48 milliradians and north at 64 milliradians. The rotating bezel can thus be turned to mark the direction of north – ascertained using the time and position of the sun – and aligned north. The numbers marked on the rotating bezel subsequently enable the direction and azimuth of the destination to be read. This special rotating bezel represents the determination and ability of the KSK to fulfil their mission even when all modern equipment fails.

 

U1 S

 

The U1 is one of the most popular German diver watches out there and with the new U1 S, Sinn is now offering an all-over Black Hard Coating on a tegimented basis. Pressure resistant to 1,000 meters, the watch was tested based on European diving equipment standards and certified by DNV GL.

Compared to the previous model, the U1 S E is introducing a vintage-style colour scheme with its ivory coloured accents.
